Peer Review Policy
The International Journal of Visionary Research Studies (IJVRS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and quality through a rigorous peer review process.
Peer Review Process
1.Initial Screening
All submissions are first reviewed by the editorial team to ensure they meet the journal’s scope, format requirements, and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to authors for revision or rejected.
2.Double-Blind Review
IJVRS employs a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. This approach promotes unbiased and fair evaluation.
3.Reviewer Selection
Manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent experts in the relevant field based on their expertise and experience.
4.Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers assess submissions based on originality, methodology, clarity, relevance, and contribution to the field. Constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement are provided to authors.
5.Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers’ comments, the editorial team makes one of the following decisions:
Accept: The manuscript meets all quality and academic standards.
Minor Revisions: Minor improvements are required before publication.
Major Revisions: Substantial changes are needed; resubmission is encouraged.
Reject: The manuscript does not meet the journal's standards or scope.
6.Revision and Resubmission
Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ feedback and resubmit them within the specified time frame. Revised submissions may undergo further review.
7.Final Approval
The editorial board reviews the final version of the manuscript to ensure that all recommendations have been addressed before approving it for publication.
Confidentiality
The review process is strictly confidential. Reviewers are required to treat all manuscripts and related correspondence as privileged information.
