This study examined the influence of environmental advocacy implementation on the environmental behavior of college students in Davao City. The research specifically investigates which domains of environmental advocacy—Justice and Peace, Ecological Integrity, Engaged Citizenship, Poverty Alleviation, Gender Equality, and Youth Empowerment—significantly impact the environmental behavior of school community members. A descriptive, non-experimental quantitative design with a correlational technique was employed, and a total of 200 respondents were selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable survey questionnaire. Results indicated that environmental advocacy implementation was predominantly rated as very high, with environmental behavior also rated as high in Occasional Activities and very high in Habitual Activities. Significant relationships were found between environmental advocacy implementation and environmental behavior, supporting the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Moreover, Ecological Integrity and Engaged Citizenship were identified as the domains that significantly influence environmental behavior. This study emphasizes the role of advocacy in shaping sustainable practices and behaviors among school community members and highlights the need for integrated policies that support environmental initiatives within educational institutions. Future research may explore additional variables influencing environmental behavior in other demographic settings.
